Solution:
Root Cause: Corrupted Windows Fast Startup State or ACPI Power Management Conflict
Windows Fast Startup saves kernel session memory into
hiberfil.sys on shutdown. If this file becomes corrupted, or if motherboard ACPI drivers fail during sleep-state transitions (S3/Modern Standby), Windows fails to restore system state and triggers a Kernel-Power 41 restart.
Step-by-Step Fix:
1.Disable Windows Fast Startup:
Press Win + R, type powercfg.cpl and hit Enter.Click Choose what the power buttons do -> Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended) and click Save changes.2.Rebuild Hibernation File:
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run: cmd
powercfg /hibernate off
powercfg /hibernate on
3.Disable PCI Express Link State Power Management:
In powercfg.cpl, click Change plan settings next to your active plan -> Change advanced power settings.Expand PCI Express > Link State Power Management and set to Off.4.Disable Turn Off Hard Disk After:
Under the same power options menu, expand Hard disk > Turn off hard disk after and set to 0 minutes (Never).
